We were happy to see Dong Joo started to adjust at Doldem Hospital. Still he was being pressurized by the senior at Geosan Hospital to some back but knowing about Teacher Kim he decided to stay and learn from him. It was his good decision.
On his way back he saw an accident and help them. Though he received an emergency from the hospital but couldn't able to ignore the patient lying infront of him. He seems like to be a real doctor. But things become complicated at Doldem hospital as 2 of the special doctor were out and no one was there to operate the patient. Seo Jung wasn't allowed to do it so her little brother In Buem offered his help as Seo Jung told he couldn't do it alone due to her injured wrist.

Though it was a difficult decision for both of them. As Seo wasn't allowed to treat the patients and no unauthorized Doctor was allowed to treat patient at other hospital. After a big argument they both finally agreed to do it. It was not the matter of rules but the matter to save patients.
Everything went successfully and Doctor Kim showed up he after the operation ask both of them who is responsible both sister and brother took all the blame on their own and we smiled beside having a rough life and bitter relationship they still care each other.
We wonder what punishment will Seo Jung receive from Master Kim this time and what will going to happen to In Buem as he was unauthorized doctor at Doldem Hospital. More over when her father will find out about this incident what will be his reaction.
Seeing Master Kim's expressions for In Buem we conclude he will be another student Master Kim will going to take him in and that will be the turning point of the story. We are not sure about it but still its a guess.
