There are too many unpredictable things in Legend of the blue sea. The mermaid as can't stay away from the water yet she was living as a human to have Hae Joon Jae's love. She tried her best to stay away from water but when ever she saw swimming pool she wanted to dive in.
But couldn't do so as she don't want every one at the house to knew about her being a mermaid. She then take her time and went out to the sea as she wanted to jump in the water a civil servant of 119 stopped her thinking as an act of suicide.
The civil servant was non other than Cho Jung Seok of "Jealousy Incarnate". Her bring her back and Joon Jae was surrised how he knew Shim Cheong. He introduced himself as a civil Servant.

In return he also wanted an introduction from Joon Jae as Joon Jae's being living with many faces as conman. He couldn't able to reply fast about what he really do to make a living. here we feel a little pity for our handsome conman. Then taking the leave Cho Jung Seok didn't forget to mention Joon Jae to take care of "My Cheong". Oh man does he fall in love at first sight.
Hearing "My Cheong" made Joon Jae startled and then surprised. He couldn't digest how can someone unknown called Shim Cheong 'My Cheon' he really feel jealous and we saw it clearly. Now we are curious to knew what this open love triangle take things to which point and who will be the one to win over Shim Cheong. It sure be Hae Joon Jae as Shim Cheong whole boats belongs to him.
After Cho Jung Seok left making Joon Jae a bit shaky inside he searched about what's a civil and how one can become 7 grade civil servant. We wonder will he going to do another conning as a civil servant or he wanted to compare himself with a civil servant. This remind us one of the civil servant drama "Level 7 Grade Civil Servant" we really enjoyed watching it back then. Stay tuned to knew what's Joon Jae thinking for future and what's the connection of civil servant.
