OCN once again rocked our screen with the new Mystery Thriller "Voice" starting Jang Hyuk & Lee Ha Na. The first episode we had to leave after watching the first scene because of my elder sister weak heart, yet after 12 hours i insisted her to watch it again with me and nothing will going to happen.
Other than my sister i was pretty excited to watch this crime drama seeing Jang Hyuk and the drama gener ot reminded me of "Beautiful Mind", "Bad Guys", "Sign", "Ghost", "Gap Dong" in an instant.
The story for voice starts with a rape murder case, the victim Kang Kwang Jo was the wife of the Detective Jin Hyuk. She was brutelly murder after being raped but before dying she tried to contact her husband and then called the emergency call operator 112. Her voice was bit distracting as she was in stress and panic.
The call disconnected till then she was hiding well as soon the operator connect back to knew about the location, it was due due to the stupid manager who reconnect the call and alert the criminal to her hiding place. The criminal caught on Kang kwan Jo and killed him brutelly. That was too hard to saw.

Jin Hyuk at first couldn't believe about the news of his wife's murder and thought of it as the prank. Later the things unveil the truth. We weren't shocked to knew the murderer was caught right the next day of the funeral.
The police's investigation end up the case by capturing a well known criminal named "Go Dong Chul". At that moment me and my sister both surprised how can the criminal be caught right at the first episode, it's not so easy to solve the mystery. It come out to be an open and short case for them except for the 112 female operator who insists that his voice doesn't match the killer's as she heard the killer voice over the phone.
Moreover she insisted that the murderer voice was the same who killed her father. Her statement ruined the courts atmosphere no body wanted to believe, only me and my sister shouting someone higher must involve in manipulating the criminal and the evidence..
Three years for like 3 second for us but the lives in Voice really changed as their time passed. Go Dong Chul disappeared and the devoted Detective Jin Hyuk become a grief and clueless messed personality.
He didn't end on this but also become arrogant and voilant which let him being demoted. The only thing was holding him back was his only sick child who make him smile. His life become really painful which make us feel sorry for him.
In 3 years it wasn't revealed how the 112 emergency call center operator Kang Kwon Joo went abroad and studded in US. It was also a mystery who sponsored her and why she choose to return back to the same spot she left behind. She just had a motive to caught the criminal whom she missed and take revenge for her father and prove her statement true. In order to do this she wanted to establish "Golden Time Team".
She has the ability to hear the voices of sound and everything in the surrounding which makes her confident that she can help the victims in time they were alive. This reminded us one of the fantasy crime serial "The Girl Who sees Smell/ Sensory Couple".
Other than this crime suspense drama we come to knew a new turn of Voice Profiler Specialization. Kang Kwon Joo specialized in "ability to acutely distinguish sounds after recovering from an eye injury".
It was the first case where some women was kidnapped and ask help from 112 call center to rescue her. Kang kwan Jo talk with the women as she was trying to read her brain in order to make her less panic.
She combines the information from her and while talking gleans the surrounding signs which help kang kwang Jo to guide the patorlling team for the location. Jin Hyuk was one of the patrolling team member and now leading to the location under Kang kwang Jo's instruction.
The scene was really thrilling our heart beat was so fast we wonder how will they manage to locate the victim's location. Seeing the neighborhood area the narrow alleys and the cold night it was really hard to check each and every building and floor.
It was really a tense situation the girl disguise the criminal by throwing a brick outside the window and he really thought that she escaped. In order to check the criminal leaves the building. That stupid girl while trying to get out of the building drop her mobile accessory on the stairs as she heard the footsteps of criminal back to the building she hide back in the bathroom.
Unfortunately after some time she caught by the criminal who look like the butcher, when he open a cloth bag there were butchering tools when he took a blooded hammer in his hand our heart fell down on toes. My sister was really scared she leaves the room and shouted at me what the hell you go watch alone.
But out of curiosity she couldn't stay out and came back asking what happened is the girl alive, did Jin Hyuk locate her and my answer was simple noona episodes at the very crucial moment. Jin Hyuk broke the glass to open the door. let's wait to watch out what happened in the next episode.
