Kim Ji Suk the name who remind us his nailing character in the latest serial "Rebel Thief who stole people". Other then this he was the bad guy in "Personal Taste". It will be great to see him as the main lead for "20th Century Boy and Girl" a drama theme based on romance and friendship.
Han Ye Seul the fame of Tazza, Spy MyeongWol, Birth of a Beauty and Madame Antoine. Aside from playing different characters in dramas we never forget her devoting character in the movie "Penny Pinchers". Thumbs up for Ye Seul in another romantic character.

Its not all we will going to see Lee Sang Woo as the second male lead in this serial. He did many soap serials and series. He did a great job in drama "Feast of God" and "Horse Doctor".

The early working title for 20th Century Boy and Girl was "No Sex and the City" which seems really interesting but wonder why they didn't continue with that. We are excited to follow this cast on the plot of love friendship and relation. The drama will going to start after "The King Loves" end on MBC.

Rebel was too interesting to loose our attention the story now make us curious to knew what will going to happen with the mighty child Gil Dong. It always seems peace and calm before any storm so was the story of Gil Dong and his people who were about to go through another battle field. We wish them victorious.

Uh Ri Na finally grow up beautiful, there were two girls so we really can't judge who was actuallty the biological sister of Gil Dong. The one that was chatting up to Nok Suk or the one who was scared of the palace. Any how it will reveal soon but we were glad they were safe in the palace under the king beloved women.

Nobel Jo's wife finally showed his true colors and pursue Prince Chungwon to take revenge on Gil Dong, all what happened was planned and unfair. She then bought the elder scholar who scouted Gil Hyun in the palace.

Now he will be the one to clear Prince Cheongwon's charges and help him reinstate his position back. Stay tuned to find out more how Prince Chungwon will going to stand back to its royal position and take revenge on Gil Dong.

Ah Mo Gae passed away in the mountain when Ah Mo Gae wants to visit Gil Dong mother grave. After leaving this world Gil Dong become the head of hong family. Now he had to lead all the people to the safe path. We wonder when the three siblings will going to meet up as the two siblings Hong Gil Hyun and Uh Ri Na end up in the palace.

The story so far for Rebel was great enough to make us wait for the next episode. Even though its a historical story of korean Robin Hood not for one moment our guards let off any scene , neither we loose any attention every thing was perfect,the character reflect on their roles and make the story powerful.

The intrigue between the thugs and the rich nobles continues. Gil Dong didn't give up and finally establish his place as the head of Hong family. It was to take revenge on Prince Chung Won who was the reason to ruin their life at Ikhwari. He threaten Heo Takl ha the right hand of Prince Chung Won and gain his trust by becoming the trustworthy Step stool.

His adventure make us enthusiastic and we were also curious how will he plan thing to take Prince Chung Won down from King's favour. As the King was also searching for the one who spread false rumors about the royal family and trying to back bite him.

Nok Soo the Giseng who plays traditional music finally acknowledge by the king and gain his trust. There is lot more to knew about what will going to happen in the next episode will Gil Dong going to mess up things or will he avenge his anger by framing Prince Chung Won.

The story of Rebel took another turn after the magistrate manage to take out A Mo gae alive of the prison. Gil Dong met his father and seeing him in this status become all grieved he then somehow gather back all his fathers men and decided to take revenge on Prince Choong Won. Though its wasn't that easy to take revenge and fight alone with Prince Choong Won.

Gil Dong come up with a strategy to start splitting and scaring Prince Choong Won's men, the way he did all this was really fascinating. His elder brother Gil Hyun end up at an academy, the Master who drag him there want him to take the civil examination, there he met with Nobelman Jo's son. The fate bought them close again and we are curious how will they end up knowing each others reality as they become good friends and acquaintance.

King lee Young had a bitter past as he was the son of the dethrone Queen he believes and realize people do not respect him and despise him. Things are surely getting towards the main story. All the characters finally manage to show their original places.
Gil Dong now decided to get back his fathers rosary from Heo Tak Hak who after betraying his father become the right hand man of Prince choong Won. It wasn't easy for them to do it as of the tight security and people of Heo Tak HaK. Ga Ryung offer her service as no one knows her neither recognize her so she can do a batter job then any other girl so Gil Dong and other had to believe and trust her.

We are too excited to knew will Ga Ryung able to bring A Mo Gae's rosary from heo Tak ha's hand. Stay tune dto find out more about what next step Gill Dong will going to make to step on Prince Choong in order to get back what they lost.

So far the story for rebel was quite solid having too many powerful characters and great balance in their chemistry. We never imagine this drama will be this impressive and likable. This remind us of Illjaeme and Hong Gil Dong at the very instant.

Finally Gil Dong survived but unfortunately lost the little sister who at the very last moment was with him and parted away while searching for water. He tried to search his little sister and end up at the kiseng house.
He regain the childhood memories till he was the famous magical peddler and what happened after that all the memories vanished away. We think there might be some good behind what happened to Gil Dong now.

Though its too late the magistrate finally help A Mo gae and save his life. But what to do every thing A Mo Gae built and gather people were all ruined. Also his family parted and lost somewhere else. We are curious to knew where Uh Ri Na end up as she was the little, the cutest and teh heart of her family.

Gil Dong stayed at Kiseng house and become a part of their troop who went to perform in the parties of the rich. he become more closer to the Kiseng who after some time end up in the palace.  The preview shows Gil Dong will reunite with his old members and may be they find his father A Mo gae. Looking for the further story in next episode.

The preview gives a hope for the good future for A Mo Gae's family. We were glad to see Gil Dong survived but unfortunately he lost his memory. We wonder about what happened to his sister, his elder brother and father.
Yet he was all healthy at the kiseng house stealing women's heart. The kiseng Nok Soo who wish to be the King's women now was head over heels for Gil Dong. We wonder when will Gil Don'gs come back and how will he going to be the superhero who will help the poors. Also it was the goodnews that A Mo Gae was alive stay tuned to find out more about the tough life of Gil Dong.

We never knew the story will be flip like this as the Evil Nobleman Jo's wife showed up infront of prince and spill the beans about A Mo Gae is the criminal for Nobel Jo's death. The preview didn't show a good glimpse for A Mo gae his life will be in trouble because of the happening 12 years ago.

Yet this will be the start how the commoner will face the King as the hero's in the history came from the humble backgrounds after having too many hardships and then make a mark of them being unique. 

 We couldn't understand the living rules of ancient times and feels it ridiculous for a noble to treat his servant like an animal and take all the virtue from him.  The magistrate now didn't help A Mo Gae as noble Jo's wife put him in prison again by saying now the dethrone Queen won't make things in your favor. 

The magistrate whom A Mo Gae trust like the brother betrayed him and via a plan split his family and people to safe his position. Gil Hyun, Gil Dong and Uh Ri Na had to leave alone but they ended up caught in the trap of thugs.
We wonder how Gil Dong's power will be back and how will he safe his family No clues. Gil Hyun as a fighter fought with the thugs and let Gil Dong to save Uh Ri Na but things weren't good for them. The Prince as a revenge order another group to take A Mo Gae's daughter who will is 13 years.

Gil Dong was beaten by them into a pulp and her sister was being dragged, it was the least moment his powers came back wao we were glad to see he finally remember the lion in the jungle and realize his powers as a mighty child. He then fight all the dirt in one blow and that was really amazing. Stay tuned to find out will Gil Dong able to save his life along with Uh Na Ri as the two of them end up on the edge of the cliff. 

We were really enjoying this serial how A Mo Gae becoming more and more stronger, earning money, making connection and developing trust. The sea pirates gang also join hands with A Mo Gae as friends who will going to protect them in future. This gives us the hint that A Mo Gae is after something more big which needs man power.

As we come to see how A Mo Gae with few thief's started working on handmade black silk and after 12 years they are working in a silver mine.

Another twist of the story come up and we realize A Mo gae is after a higher up position in Royal office. He made himself strong enough to be notice by palace people. the main motive to get close to Prince Cheoong Won. We wonder how will he going to manage his connection to become a trustworthy Royal member.
On the other hand Gil Dong was also become famous as the Magical Peddler. His dream was becoming true to travel around the different parts of the world and help people. We were fascinating how will he going to help the people specially the female who really wanted to meet him in order to change their fate.

Will these meetings let Gil Dong to met his love looking forward to the further episodes and are curious will Gil Dong again raise voice for his father being change and should stop what's he doing.

The story of Rebel Thief was really strong and interesting enough that we couldn't wait the whole week to find out more about A Moo gae and the group of people he built. Though the life in ancient time for servants were really tough and heartbreaking. A Mo gae find a way to sneak from it. He had a hope which led him to gather people earn money, gather profit and develop a community for the other people like them.

His actions were too motivating yet the only sad thing was the emotional connection lost between A Mo Gae and his kids. Specially the little mighty child Gil Dong feels a lot as he couldn't reach out to his dad like he use to before.

But he realize that his father was working hard and become a bit change. The little child Gil Dong argued with one of his Dad's friend and we smiled. That little child scold his dad friend not to hang out with his dad neither come to their house its because his father has changed hanging with them.
The might child also think its because he used his mighty powers every time his parents got punishment and then the guy said it to him your father has changed because of you.

Aa Mo Gae was the realistic guy who has love for his people and hope for a better future. He focus on earning and repaying the people who helped him coming all the way here. Even though he lost his wife but didn't give up. The only choices was his children better future.

12 year past he become a prominent man having Chief magistrate backing. Every event in this drama was really fascinating. Finally Gil dong become an adult a magical paddler who roam around the world and help people. We really going to miss the cute childhood Gil Dong and its for sure will be the time wen the adult Gil Dong will going the reason why his father changed because of him. Looking forward for the further episodes and the real life of rebel thief who stole people.

Finally we come to watch the sequel of Hong Gil Dong as Rebel: Thief who stole people. The first episode, the story and the cast was too amazingly impressive. We come to see a picture how slaves and their families were treated in the ancient time.

Not for one moment we thought it was boring yet the things happened were really breaking and intense at the same time. Hong Amogae the servant suffers at Nobleman Jo's house. He somehow survive and manage to leave the slavery. But Nobleman Jo witchy wife make things more harder for them to survive.

She planned to ruined the family and was successful in doing so. The second son Gil Dong was the almighty child with the great strength step forward to save his mother. But unfortunately accused the servant trying to kill the noble.
To save the child Hong Amogae take all the blame on himself which made him go back to the slavery to save his family. The evil Nobleman took all the asset he save for his children. Things turned up the other way when Hong Amogae friend Soboori told the truth behind her wife death.

It was really unbelievable how can a noble do these cruel acts to take all the wealth and ruined a family. As Amogae no one to lose he end up killing the nobleman Jo in order to take revenge for his wife's death. Looking forward to the story what will going to happen in the next episode as of his second son Gil Dong witness him as the murderer.   

Year 2017 really giving us the master piece stories for Seaguk. A new drama Rebel Thief who stole the people starting soon on MBC. Yoon Gyun Sang plays the role of Hong Gil Dong the first revolutionist and dissident activist in Joseon.

Cha Soo Bin plays the female lead role. She reminded us of her recent drama "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" though she is not a very good actress to be in our favourite que list. Yet the fresh cast will surely make a great chemistry.
The story revolves around the life of Hong Gil Dong who was known as the Robin Hood, stole from the rich and help the poor. Though he has no legal standing in society and known as the son of the concubine. He somehow become the leader of smugglers and rescue a widow who also has the same aim to kill the king as to take revenge for losing her husband.

This story has been written by "Hwang Jin Young" and directed by "Kim Jin-man" who mark the master piece "kill me heal me".

This drama sounds the sequel of Hong Gil Dong and expected to be 30 episode serial. It will going to start right after the "Night Light" ends. We are interested to see how much change this story shows for the folk tale hero. Looking forward to watch it.

 

Before the weekend starts my elder sister announce we will be watching Cheongdamdong Alice. She was too excited to watch it as she finished watching Alice in the wonderland sound similar ?

She was too excited she completed all the weekend work before the mark time. It was the curiosity she wanted to knew about Fashion and Fashion Designers.

The story of the drama took place in high society of Cheongdamdong and a poor cry baby worker who always seens to give an impression as some on has beaten her.

It was a life of unthinkable circumstances a totally change culture, values needs and robotic emotions also where you can sell and purchase your connection. On the whole for me this drama was about money, revenge and pretention.

The first episode took us in the land of money where a poor girl "Han Se-Gyung" dispite being focusing she always make things become ruined and got a scolding. The best thing we didn't drop this drama after the episode and continued watching with our finger crossed that in the next episodes it would be better.

All there was how to make connections utilize the rich emotions, seduce them and keep their weakness as secret. Both of us were quietly watching with out talking to each other till her friend ask if she could able to do some errand for her. That make us think that the story will going to be more interesting from here.

When Cha Seung-Jo introduce himself to be the manager and hide the fact that he is the owner and the reowned fashion designer. My sister shouted yeah that's the twist the story will surely take a turn. For me it was a real love story of a rich guy and a poor girl.

Han Se-Gyung was trying her best to earn and pay off her fathers debt. She couldn't find any way her friend Seo Yoon-Joo lead her the wrong path to earn money is to marry a Chaebol and enter in the world of Cheongdamdong.

Seo yoon helped Han Se to make connections and ethics to find herself a white rabbit. Seriously it was the most unique thing i have ever heard and seen in Kdramas. White rabbit a nickname used for the Chaebols who got trapped into poor girl love land.

Seo Yoon decided to go along through the connection so she wouldn't had to do all the hard work get scolding and couldn't able to save enough for herself.

She was already inspire by the wonderland white rabbits and started to make efforts so a white rabbit could hold her hand or even recognize her as the beauty exist.

The further episodes openly shows the ugly side of Cheongdamdong Alice life how filthy the thinking become after one had a lot of money, the emotions didn't get a place just keeping the secrets i will do this for you keep my secret, i will give you this much money don't open your mouth.

The journey of Cheongdamdong started to give earthquake after shocks if one try to avoid it he couldn't able to, if one wants to run away from that world that couldn't be possible. Through out the drama Cha Seung-Jo the male lead disguise himself to be his own manager in front of Han Se-Gyung.

She mistakenly took it as she has successfully spread her beauties charm. In fact the male lead wasn't too serious because he got betrayed by his first love. The only twist which both of got interested who was his first love, why he got betrayed and now taking revenge on others.

The formula was old but the twist was refreshing. In the end when the pandora box was open me along my sister got shocked so this was the story of the candy girl, so pointless. All left was trouble and pain. Our crossed fingers got stiffed now no more episodes left which could give us a bit hope lolx.

It wasn't too regretful nor too boring but a similar plot in the wonderland. Alice become a family in Cheongdamdong sealed her mouth, freeze her emotions and kept the connections up high to live a wealthy life.
