Hwa Shin had a big burden on his heart and don't had the confidence to keep it with him.He thought it will be unfair with Na Ri and every one else as he also heard the rumors in the station that Na Ri is suffering from breast cancer and she might not be permanent and can also lose her job.
He wanted to protect Na Ri and her dream and don't want to make Na Ri suffer just to save him he came to Mr Oh and ask permission to let him do a special program. Mr Oh wanted to knew about the topic and Hwa hin told him don't worry let him do it.
And yes what he did was really a bold step he presented a report on male breast cancer patients in korea. As soon as Na Ri saw him she got what Hwa Shin was up to she madly ran to stop him but she was too late Hwa Shin already started briefing about his research and report. It was out first time watching a detailed report on male breast cancer.

Hwa Shin with the help of doctor he consulted made a documentary which shows the details the symptoms and other thing of male breast cancer patients. He also points what problems they suffers how the society treats them.How they think of themselves as the shame of their family.
All the detail report was really interesting and sensitive as the same moment. Hwa Shin proves to be a real reporter a bold and straight forward. During the report there were many flash back scenes which remind him how Na Ri find out he is having the symptoms of breast cancer and how she support him for the treatment and overcoming this painful time he suffered.
It was another scene which really made us cry. The documentary also focus a brief interview with the doctor who was the specialist in this field also treated Hwa Shin & Pyo Na Ri. Her speech also give us lot more information about the patient and along with Hwa Shin & Pyo Na Ri we got the courage not to avoid any disease and face it with the confidence to overcome it. As its not once faut but its given by fate from God.
This news happen to be watched by Hwa Shin'smother she cried over his only sons incurable disease and made us teary. It wasn't just Hwa Shin mother but everyone at the station feels how sensitive topic Hwa Shin is reporting on.
After the doctor interview it was the female nurse who also gave a little interview and tips to the patients that there are substitute option they can go is with them if their partner is understanding and supporting its not a big deal to over come this time.
This remind us of how Pyo Na Rio treats Hwa Shin during the radiation treatment and after that seroma treatment at the hospital. At last Hwa Shin blast the bomb live on the news that he is one of the male breast cancer patient and he is thankful that his partner who found out about his breast cancer at early stage.
With her support he had the treatment successfully and took all the radiation session, if it wasn't for her he couldn't able to stand infront of the camera live. This last scene make us burst out of tears and every one at the station was startled what Hwa Shin said.
Finally Hwa Shin accept him being th e breast cancer patient and save Pyo Na Ri from taking the blame on his behalf. Also he showed the world its not the shame one can face it with confidence. It was his confession to protect the person he loves the most. Last not the least he gae the message for the nation to fight against cancer not the people support them so they may not suffer the more of loneliness.
