Romatic doctor Teacher Kim was in the middle of the story and we were really enjoying this medical drama where teacher Kim sometimes look like a psychopath. Seeing him remind us of "Beautiful Mind" another medical related drama with the lead of a psychopath doctor.

There were different unexpected cases happen within the hospital and the medical team had to take responsibility for the patients. These cases also let us experience different situations and the people in the world.

Things become a little complicated as the team of Geosan hospital was sent to Doldem Hospital down to the mountain. An emergency case a stabbed patients came to the hospital and right after him a gangster came in. we got a weird feeling he might not create a scene or kill someone. May be he will attack Doctor Kim. There were so many questions we aren't sure about.

The special police force was called at the hospital as the situation seems t be really critical. We wonder the medical drma might not turned out into the action spy movie.

It look like things were plotted against Doctor Kim and his staff as the surgery went well and the hostage was set free but the team of Geosan Hospital turned out to be the spy on Doctor Kim. They instead of cooperating and understanding the situation create difficulties for doctor Kim after reporting this incident to the Chief of Geosan Hospital.
In other words the Geosan Hospital backstab Doctor Kim and try to trap him involving Doctor Seo Jung as a PSTD patient working as the medical staff. We wish every thing went well for Doctor Kim who was once known as the legend of Surgeon also we wish everything fine for Doctor Seo Jung.
