Things become a bit complicated between Se Joo and Jeon Seol after he made Tae Min disappear. Seol wanted to knew the reason how he knew about her and why came there. As Se Joo always follow the facts he tried to make Seol believe but he rather make her a little angry and confused. She thought Se Joo might seeing her first love in her this makes the situation more complicated.

Jin O insisting Se Joo to protect Seol from other men but it was rather a difficult task for him to do so he refused. Jin O then blackmailed Se Joo what if he didn't cooperate and do so the deal will be end and he will leave again. It was Se Joo's sensitive point he can't canceled the deal with the ghost writer as he also wanted to knew why things like this happening to him.
Then both of them make a contract and was really a funny scene. The two of them had the opposite personality and can't bear each other presence yet they are putting up rules to live together until the Chicago Typewriter novel complete. We thought they will gonna set four to five rule but the rules end up in the piles of papers.
Finally we got to see their bromance Jin O wanted Se Joo to make up with Jeon Seol for her ripped bag. A scene was created and his position at the shop become awkward the sales girl thought he is insane and talking in the air. But actually Se Joo was with Jin O.
Finally he bought a branded bag and give it to Seol with a deep apology for what happened back then was a mistake. But Seol didn't show any expression receiving a branded bag this makes Se Joo Confused all he wanted to win now Seol trust and friendship.
Jin O helped him and made him go to her veterinary clinic along with the dog. All the employees along with Seol become happy and act like bees around the dog Gyung Woo. Se Joo was cast aside, this makes him more angry he couldn't stand being ignored. He left when saw Tae Min came there.
But he wasn't satisfied from the bottom of his heart and uneasy when ever saw Tae Min near Jeon Seol. With an heavy heart he came to ask Seol what kind of relationship she has with Tae Min, Seol also wanted to ask him about what kind of does he see in her.
Both had a bucket of questions so the two of them end up at the noodle shop. While talking Jeon Seol noticed Se Joo wasn't looking towards her but on someone else, she pointed the fact but Se Joo couldn't reveal about Jin o ghost so he skipped the answer and ask Seol What's the reason she quit shooting. Seol wasn't ready for this question yet she reply holding the gun always remind her of her past life and this makes her present life uneasy.
Another flash back scene how she met with them. It was really thrilling to knew how the people were fighting for independence. Ryu Sang Jin one of the independent fighter and died while saving her only daughter Ryu Su Hyun who lived in the disguise of a boy. Jin O along with Se Joon saved her and bought her at Cafe Carpe Diem.
This flash back scene was briefed by Jin O and Se Joo edit it in the novel Chicago Typewriter. He now taking interest and wanted to knew more and more things, but Jin O knew if he reveal everything in one go he will be kicked out from the house right away. So thinking for his own benefit he just revealed a little and told Se Joo he will gonna tell more next time.
Jeon Seol was always lived in fear if anyone knew her secret they will gonna leave her. For Se Joo She thought the same. But he came to visit her and console her not to feel lonely anymore. This make Jeon Seol eyes teary she was deeply thankful for Se Joo's caring word. The episode ends and we are curious to knew Jin O;s reaction who couldn't do as he pleased to take care for Seol.
