We were too obsessed watching Joseon Dynasty Historical dramas.My sassy Girl added in our que list with the unique story of the troublemaker Princess. With lot many expectations we watch the first 2 episodes. The story take place in the palace where a group of rebel plot the conspiracy against the Queen, it was warrior Ki Joon who wanted Queen Dowager to order the Queen to be dethrone.

As she was betraying the King and had the secret relationship with Prince Choo seung. The King;s life turned upside down when the pregnant Queen was forcefully dethrone and later got killed on her way outside the palace. It was Prince Choo Seung who bought the Prince back to the palace as he was the Royal Blood. later we found the conspiracy was set by Queen Park who herself wanted to become the Queen of Joseon.

Time pass really quickly and we come to see another era of Joseon Dynasty where Gyun Woo the most handsome and intelligent guy was on his way back to Joseon. He went Qing to complete his studies and later was favored by the King.

His parents and little sister welcome him as he returns after 3 big years. He met the King and received a governmental position but wanted to rest for few days. While roaming in the city on his way back home he bump into a troublemaker girl who was all drunk and about to fell in the lake. He saved her and found a jade ring on the floor. But later she create another havoc in the market place and end up throwing up on him. twice but end up.

The neat clean Gyun Woo scream but couldn't save himself, he wanted to leave her alone but her good ethics didn't let him do so. He then took her to the nearest inn bought a room and leave her there. The obsession of cleanliness didn't let him leave wearing dirty clothes so he decided to wash first but then leave. But he end up being accused as the crazy Psycho pervert. Not only this the girl tried everything in the room to hit him and then faint.

Later we found out she was the Princess of Joseon and love to roam outside at night. She also loves her little brother and always want to spend time with him but the stepmother thinks she will spoil the Prince if she continue doing the crazy acts and disturb his studies.
Later she was reminded she actually lost her jade ring she received as the keepsake from her mother. She then sneaked out of the palace to find that crazy psycho pervert. On the other hand Gyun Woo was looking for her.

We wonder how the story will move further as Gyun Woo end up at the largest book store and the owner took him to a secret room there he witness the two guys acting all weird. he hit them and then found they were actually the writers who act as the demonstration for the picture and then wrote the story. A master sketcher who helped Guyn Woo by making the require sketch of the lady. Here the things were too interesting to loose any interest.

Later Gyun Woo happen to meet Da Young who was the childhood friend the two were at the tea house, while they were talking the crazy princess show up and accuse him as the thief moreover a pervert. He couldn't digest the fact being treated as he was the one who receive a thank you and a apology from her.  Everyone noticed a handsome men being treated like this by a girl made his position worse. The more he tried to explain things the more the princess become rude and ask for her jade ring.

Gyun Woo when searched he realize he already lost the ring. The two head back to the inn and in order to search the room which was already occupied by another couple. Nothing can become a hurdle for a princess she barged in and caught the two doing adultery as they weren't in any relation of husband wife. She sure has guts to make other speechless.

Along with Gyun Woo he searched the whole room even the laundry but didn't find anything. After spending the whole day finding the ring she become hungry and Gyun Woo had to take him to the hotel. She showed the big appetite the way she eats and also feed Gyun Woo make him threw up. As Gyun Woo now wanted to take the leave but the Princess didn't let him and drink the whole bottle of rice win.

It was the simplest way to stop her from leaving her alone. She took her revenge and made a fool of Gyun Woo by making him search her home and they end up outside the city. Nothing could be done Gyun Woo wanted to leave her alone there but being a gentleman he couldn't do so and stayed by her side. When woke up he screamed to knew something was written on his face.

He removed the word Jae Ring Thief and was all angry on the princess. It was the bad time of the princesses on the way back to the palace she was caught by the King himself who scold her for breaking curfew rules and punish her to read and write the laws and norms of the palace. Her little brother never miss a chance to tease her, he came there and made the court lady announce his Highness has arrived. She become too scared and obedient its the little brother prank she was too happy started playing with him.

Non of us thought the King will appoint Gyun Woo as Prince teacher. It was the surprise for the Princesses when she saw Gyun Woo she couldn't believe what made the king appoint the thief pervert as the teacher. She decided to take revenge but Gyun Woo knows his place as he was inside the palace and realize the crazy girl was actually the princesses he holds everything back in and told the princesses to behave like one an don't make her status and the king ashamed of her acts.

The people told Gyun Woo to be alert of the Princess as she appears to be the most henius and troublemaker. She do all sort of things to irritate people around him not only this she abuse her power and authority. If he become on her bad side he will suffer the worst in the palace. Though these were the rumors it leaves the most negative impression on Gyun Woo.

All the Princesses want him to help her find the jade ring that was the Princesses will leave him in peace and won't call him a crazed pervert thief. Gyun Woo then found out where the stolen goods were sold, he all the way came there with the princesses but couldn't find the green jade ring.

Instead the Princess come to witness a book log which contains the information of the poor who were under heavy debt. She beautifully stole the book but the owner of that gang found out and tried to stop her. The crazy Princesses create trouble for Gyun Woo and run along hitting the henchmen and targeting their most sensitive pressure point. Byul Yi her female guard appears and covers her, she told she will make the way and she should follow her footsteps that way they will be out of danger.  The market place become a mess the episode ends here.

With having the high expectations for my Sassy girl the story so far didn't appeal us to continue watching the further episode. The character of the Princesses appears to be the extra ordinary troublemaker, crazy one. She dominates the male lead and made us realize her over board acting mis fits her character. Though we like her style in "Come back mister" but in this ancient role her character wasn't impressive enough till now.

Though she was loving sister for the Crown Prince after loosing their mother  and facing the spite of step mother lousy attitude she stayed still. The step Queen mother reaction towards the Prince made us surprised and we were shocked to see hoe she treats the crazy princess. Although she didn't tolerate the siblings but what on earth what she hiding was still a mystery.

The preview give us the glimpse of the second male lead who posses the Princess Jade ring yet we don't find any attraction to continue watching this serial. May be the the story gets better in the further episode. So if you want to watch the plot of my sassy girl watch it at your own choice. 

We are too excited to watch My Sassy girl Saguek version but the time hinders and we couldn't kill it. This latest Korean drama we personally choose to watch first because the lively character of Oh Yeon Seo who plays the role of Princess Hyemyung.

Who has a troublemaker personality and when ever get the chance she drank till pass out, not only this she always found near pretty scholars and end up creating scene. This glimpse sound interesting for the story, we previously witness her acting skills in "Come back Mister" and "Shine or Go Crazy".
Other then Oh Yeon Seo its great to see Lee Jung Shin the forth Knight from "Cinderella & The Four Knight", he will be playing the second male lead. So we will gonna have the second male lead syndrome and guess it will be a rom com love triangle.

Also we think we might loose some love for Jo Woon as compare to Lee Jung Shin. No doubt Jo Woon has his own place with his arrogant and attitude full behavior. So we are rooting for the male lead who's lives will gonna spin in the hand of Princess. This drama will surely going to become another memorable one.

The story revolves around the pretty scholar Jo Woon who returned to Joeson from Qing Empire after completing his studies. He bumped into the drunk princess who end up vomit all over him. This situation seems a bit embarrassing and funny at the same time. The princess took him as a pervert and tries to use her fits and create trouble. Not only this one of the scene shows she acts like the lady gangster and provoke other people to fight.

There is lot more to knew about there romantic encounter and the other story of My Sassy Girl soon on SBS right after "Whisper" ends. Stay tuned for latest Korean Drama 2017.

This May SBS giving us a historical slot on Monday and Tuesday. A latest Korean Drama My Sassy Girl starting Joo Won, Oh Yeon Seo and Lee Jung Shin will be added in our que list. Its a romantic story set in Joseon Dynasty period based on 16 episodes.

A cold hearted Gyun Woo falls in love with Princess Hyemyung who was a troublemaker. The plot sounds too interesting for a historical theme. This drama will be airing right after "Whisper" ends.
Joo Won the male lead remind us of his marvelous work in serials like Baker King Kim Ta Goo (Bread, Love and Dreams ), Bridal Mask , 7th Grade Civil Servant, Good Doctor, Naeil's Cantabile and Yong Pal.

Oh Yeon-Seo made us her fan from Babyfaced Beauty, Medical Top Team, Shine or Go Crazy, Come Back Mr. So looking forward to watch both of them in a seaguk serial soon on SBS.

Its a sequel of My Sassy Girl Movie from 2001 till 2016. It sure will be a interesting plot for the historical theme. Waiting for the Teaser premiere. 

Bridal Mask the drama chosen by my sister. It look bore to me when i read the synopsis and didn't agree to watch. But after watching the first episode it looked quite interesting with the lead cast Joo Won "the angry young man" and Jin Se-Yun "not less then any one".

The story was a bout a super hero who was expert in martial art. Two brothers Lee Kang-to and Lee Kang-san. The story took a turn when the younger brother Lee Kang To become a rising star in police force under Japanese rule to capture Mystrious Freedom Fighter "Bridal Mask".

I wonder what was in writers mind who wrote a story like this. At times this super hero remind me of Iljaeme, City Hunter, Capital Scandal, Hero.

Gaksital was the elder brother of Lee Kang To who was playing the role of another Bridal Mask. During the day time he live like a foll who lost his senses and at night he fight and punish the evil. He was running of Freedom movement campaign and hiding his identity from his little brother was was the government officer under Japanese.

Kang To became a prominent police but infamous to his fellow Joseon people because of his loyalty to the Japanese Governance. For him to catch Gaksital, he deduced that the key is to find the girl, Mok Dan/Boon Yi/Esther, whom he has already saved twice. Once from the deposed Joseon leader’s burial where she threw a stone and the other was when she created a disturbance to the trial of another freedom movement leader Dam Sa Ri, who turned out to be her father.

OMG it was the faith she was same friend from his childhood. The story took another turn and my curiosity become more and more to knew what will going to happen next. If Kang To Knew MoK Dan is the same love who is on the wanted list by Japanese.

Kang To was finally able to caught Mok Dan who was trying to flee. But he saw the knife and become shocked. It was the same knife he gave to his first love Boon-yi aka Mok-dan. Mok-dan treasured the knife so much because it was given by the young master-friend from her childhood. Unbeknownst to her, that young master was Lee Kang To of present time, the man she despised most because of his cruelty to his fellow Joseon men.

The story was getting more interesting Kang-to was not aware that his brother was using his mental retardation front to hide himself as the real Brial Mask. Things turned out against Kang To when his mother got killed and the blam goes to his elder brother Gaksital who was pretending to be a fool trying to save his mother he was also got killed and the very last moment he reveal Kang To his real identity.

After listening the least words Kang To took his brothers mask and clothes and promise him to take revenge. He finally become the Bridal Mask. The episode after this become more interesting and make me feel like i am the part of that hide seek play in the drama.

But then Shun-ji’s suspicion of Kang-to become centered and he put a spy on Kang To activities. It become too tense when the main leader Mok dan father got arrested and commanded to be executed. OMG what if i were to live in that era i won't survive for one day.

Kang To and Mok Dan rescued the leader and leave false trails to confuse the police department, but the strength of the Imperial force was not that easy to be defeated. It was very unexpected in the end that Kang To killed his friends Su Jin's father to avenge his father’s demise. It was so heartbreaking how their friendship has come to an end and after their fist fight where Kang-to still can’t make himself to kill his best friend.

The ending was too sad we weren't expecting that Mok Dan will be killed on the happiest day of her life getting married to Lee Kang To. It was tense and suspense watching Bridal Mask. It tool two days to be completed. Here listen the beautiful OST "When The Sun Sets".

7th Grade Civil Servant Poster disguise us of being a Spy Thriller drama. But on the other hand it come out to be a love story between a rich boy and a poor girl who afterwards become the NIS leaders. This story was similar to the movie My Girlfriend is an Agent.

Gil Ro and Seo Won accidentaly met on match makers blind date. Gil Ro was the only son of rich family and was forced to meet the daughters of diplomates girls on blind date set by her mother. He wasn't pleasent to attent these dates but the mother bribed him for the brand new model car. Every time at the blind date Gil Ro make the situation so the girls ran off. While (Kim Kyung-Ja) with the name Seo won paid by her friend to attent the blind date. It was the first encounter of two opposite personalities.

Seo Won didn't pay any attention towards Gil Ro which makes Gil Ro pay attention towards her, why this girl is different from the other who fall's for him fo the very first side. So he tried to take attention and started conversation about her likes and dislikes. It was an interesting situation for us and we became curious how will they fall for each other and who will going to fall first.

Gil Ro was too crazy for the race and bet his car. Unfortunately he ruined the blind date and take Seo Won posing her to be his girlfriend. But he lost the race with the car, and blamed Seo Won for all this. It was a funny situation when Seo Won order Jajang Myung and ask the delivery boy for the lift. We were shocked when the story tuns to be Gil Ro wanted her to pay back the money of his car.

Both were accepted for NIS. On the way to the training center Gil Ro caught Seo Won and shouted so they argued and according to the rule both were kicked out of the bus. Both choose the same method by calling to the delivery boy to reach NIS training center.

The training was too tuff. Many embarasing moments were were there and also the entry of the second hero (another twist). It was the very first drama we saw NIS training of being spy. After many incidents both change their behaviour to avoid being punished by the training officers. But what to say no where the jealousy comes Gil Ro always get annoyed and his mood become unhappy when he sees Seo Won with Do Ha.

Do Ha helped a lot Seo Won during the training and help her a lot. We really enjoyed Gil Ro's annoyed and irretated expression. It was like someone snatch the kids candy and he can't able to do any thing. Before we have seen (Joo Won) Gil Ro in King of Baking Kim Ta Goo. We never imagined of him in this character but every time we saw him in the drama with annoyed expression we smile.

The training every step was very unique for us, how to hold the gun, how to balance your body your movement and how to point at target. Gil Ro was so jealous of Do Ha he repeat every action saying "Its very easy how can't she do this much".

For the above picture we say Opz hahahaha. We wasn't expecting this movement and action to save yourself. Gil Ro was very much full of himself and ended up with the opz painful action.

Before the dance party Gil Ro accidently listen Seo Won conversation and caught her lies about her family. He became more attracted towards Seo Won after that. During one of the training session Gil Ro broke the rule by showing personal feelings to Seo Won.

Every thing seems to going smoothly the disaster happened when some one reported about Gil Ro's father involve in Gang activities and is on wanted list how could be Gil Ro in NIS? So the whole story turns upside down. Gil Ro was thrown out of NIS. All the happy moment in the NIS recaped.

The officer faked Gil Ro's dismissel and gave him a secret mission to stay close to his father because his father's life is in danger. Due to Gil Ro who has aboji issues was left no choice but to comply out of filial duties and his patriotic drive.

We became more curious what will going to come out. (Pil-hoon) Gil-ro started working in his father’s company and after a year, he got a surprise when (Kyung-ja) Seo-won applied in their company as a new employee.

Finally Gil Ro Succeded finding Seo Won's apartment and stick visiting every day. There were happy moments when the fight , love and cook together. 

So the again stuck between finding the truth and become the investigator by putting a device in Seo Won's hand bag.

Seo Won was on the secret mission to get closer with Gil Ro and tried to reach the documents which was under his father’s care.

But the story again change Both developed genuine feelings for each other. But for the secret mission Seo Won betrayed him and he became appeased by the betrayel. We really enjoyed when Seo Won was hiding from Gil Ro and drive the car backwards. We laugh our lungs out when Gil Ro shout stop the car i want say you anything. But when Seo Won left from there he say "You will be dead" lolx.  

Like Gil-ro we also become shocked when every thing reveals. He accepted and help NIS with the mission by giving the documents to Seo Won. In the end both knew each others real name. But Pil Hoon tease Seo Won by calling her Kang Ja so she become irretated not to call her Kang Ja. 

For the drama we just want to say as the tittle Level 7 Civil Servant was badly executed it wasn't what we thought and saw the posters. The story was some thing else. It was sweet like a gum in the starting episodes in the middle it become tasteless and stucky and ends with no charm.

But there were some happy and memorable moments watching it. The most memorable scenes we like throught out the drama how Seo Won and her father use to hit by rolling a news paper. We both tried that too and it was fun. It all till now lets meet in the nest K drama review.
