We were excited to hear the news about Gong Yoo in "Goblin" an upcoming fantasy drama. Its been since long since we see Gong Yoo in The first Shop of Coffee Prince, Biscuit Teacher Star Candy & Big.
Goblin story written by Kim Eun-Sook the same writer who grabbed our heart by the story of the Descendant of The Sun. So our expectations for the story become a big of High other then the lead male cast.
The drama will start on TvN from December 2016. The filming took place in Canada and many other places.
Goblin a story about Dokkaebi (Gong Yoo) who needs a human bride to end his immortal life. Meanwhile, the Angel of Death (Grim Reaper) has amnesia. So another drama will follow the memory loss plot. Somehow these two meet and live together. They see off those who have passed away and are now leaving this world.
It looks quite interesting as we have seen many serials regarding super natural elements who lives as human and can see the other spirits Ghost Seeing Detective Che Young 1 & 2, Who Are You, Let's Fight Ghost, Arang & The Magistrate and lot many others.
It will surely a Fantasy Serial with lot of interest and new things we didn't knew about Goblin . The first script reading has been done and we are excited to watch Goblin as soon as its onair in December.

The focus on the drama story will be Goblin and we are happy that we will be watching another serial with the main character/base Goblin. Before we have seen many traditional Folk tale dramas with common characters like vampire, Gumiho, Grim Reaper, Schedular, Black Magic and other. But never seen any drama based on Goblin story except a little role of Goblin in "My Girlfriend is a nine Taled Fox" and at that time we wish to watch a drama based on Goblin. Thanks team now we will be able to watch it.
