Finally the most awaited historical serial Hwarang first episode onaired and as promised it gives quite impressive impression of all the flower boys who will be the future Hwarang knights. The story take place about the 12th year of King Jin heung region the Silla dynasty which was known as the smallest and the weakest of all.
Things took a turn when the king went in hiding and the Queen started to feel insecure. She then took over the throne by herself and made tough rules to run the governmental affairs. It was her own idea to develop Hwarang the army of beautiful young man in order to empower the throne.
Moo Myung had to take revenge for the unjust killing of his brotherly best friend the opponent turned out to be the King. We wonder living in that era was sure a very difficult task as it was the crime to sneak the face of the king. It makes the story more interesting a love triangle and a revenge triangle too.
As the two of the men were generously handsome and skilled in martial art we wonder with whom Ah Ro going to end up. Will she going to choose the King as her dream husband or will she going to go along with the mysterious stranger who happen to be the best friend of her dead brother.
She receive a task to gather a report on the handsome men in Silla capital. The way she act move around the city all day with out any fear was really fascinating. On the other hand the flower boys were from the high rank noble families with the arrogant attitude. We wonder how will the Queen going to make them to be recruited for the army Hwarang.
Looking forward for the next episode as Moo Myung was caught and banned to enter in the capital Silla. He sure was fearless we wonder how ill he going to end up being a part of Hwarang.

The first episode gives us the glimpse of the main story as the Queen becomes more powerful she become more tougher. It was the action filled first episode the encounter between the flower boys at the Giaseng place where Ah Ro the female lead use to visit as the romantic story teller. her encounter with Mo Myung and the King was adorably hilarious and cute as well.
