After finishing lot many action dramas we want to watch something different to lighten up the mood. For a change we choose Korean historical drama The Princess Man. Beside typical modern dramas it was a good choice to watch an ancient historical drama. The story revolves around the daughter of Prince Suyang and grandson of Kim Jong Seo. They fall in love instantly but later they find out that their parents are sworn enemies. It remind us of english drama Romeo and Juliet.
There were many interesting facts we enjoyed in K drama. It always happen the rich girl use her friend or cousin to disguise other in her name. Same happened here. The misunderstanding aftwards turn into love. Seung-Yoo doesn't knew the women he love is actually the daughter of the prince whom he want to kill due to family clashes.
Any how the story moves further with sweet moments and also some bitter realities specially when the grand mother beat them with the stick on their legs. That was too terrible to imagine in real.
There were many things we knew how in ancient times people use to live, how they recieve education, what were there interest, which sport they like, how they move in the socity and more over their living style and awesome dressing.
With their love story the conspiracy between the enemies also increased. It was hard watching how brutely the king soldiers killed the innocent family and now the young master had to take revenge. For this he had to bet his life on one side and his love on the other side. It was a long drama of 24 episodes which take us together to travel the historic era of koreans. We come to knew the emotions and also the hatered.
In the end finally the last episode they both met with giving lot of sacrifices their family members. But the end was too shocking the hero lost his eye sight while fighting for justice. Also we want to say what all the choas both families created end up "I Love you" but we can't be together.
It wasn't the end there was a happy ending the prince daughter become the eyes and they both live happily. This drama make us realize how the life in the past was tuff and hectic. This drama was more enojyed and rated by Naureen than Ambreen. If you want to knew about historical life we recommend you to watch this drama.
