As we are the big fan of Lee Joon-Gi so we choose to watch Arang and the Magistrate an historical fantasy period drama. Before we had seen Lee Joon Gi in My Girl, Time Between Dog And Wolf, Il Ji-Mae: The Phantom Thief, Two Weeks, Gunman in Joseon, The King and the Clown, Fly, Daddy, Fly and Virgin Snow. So our experience watching Lee Joon Gi drama was super good. It was a happy sunday our family went out for shopping and we stay at home to watch our favorite Lee Joon Gi as a Magistrate in Arang and the Magistrate. It was a Joseon era drama. The plot was about the ghost who lost their memories and were roaming in the human world. Though the ghost is a scary thing but we still manage to watch it.

Lee Joon Gi in the first episode was in search of his mother. The plot started showing many unbelievable things like ghost and supernatural elements. It was the first encounter of Eun-Oh (Lee Joon Gi) with Ah-Rang (Shin Min-A) the female ghost and then we knew the story will revolves around these two. The interesting thing Eun-Oh has the ability to see ghost.

Ah-Rang got to know he (Eun-Oh) can see her. So she asked him to help her find her identity. She was a memory less ghost. When Eun-Oh refuse to help she made a situation Eun-Oh become the magistrate.

It was funny when Eun-Oh who bring her clothes. Also Dol-Soe the servent of Eun Oh was shocked seeing his master doing unusual things.

Ah-Rang was happy to wear new clothes but some other ghost came and the fight started. We were thinking what will going to happen next then suddenly the entry of the hero Eun-Oh. We like the style of fighting and their actions and their arguments.

We never imagine we will see King of hell and king of heaven in korean drama. Back then when we were kids we watch hindi dubbed chiness dramas based on supernatural elements, magic,, ghost, king of hell & heaven.

Ah-Rang with the help of a shaman call Moo-Young the ghost hunter and make him to take her to the king of heaven. The team making behind this dramatic concept beautifully potraite each and every element which gives a realistic view and we come to think maybe it happened like this some where.

When she reached there it was an amazing view of heaven. We imagined may be the heaven is as cool as shown there. She ask help from the king of heaven to give clue who she is, where she belongs, what's her real identity. She died unfairly that's why she want to know the reality.

With the argument she was given a chance to find the truth about her being like that with terms and conditions. After that she found herself naked on earth. It was really laughable to see that and we were thinking how she will manage to get the clothes. Another scene we enjoyed and feel sorry for Eun oh he got slapped by Ah Rang.

The story become more scary when more characters entered and the connection between them started revealing slowly slowly. The suspense remain with the thrill and scariness. We were more scared because no body was at home. The family stayed at our aunt's house and we both sister were alone watching Arang and the Magistrate at night.

Eun oh while searching the area feel some extra ordionary powers and spirits. He also remember the rumors about the area so he search throughly and found some pieces of black clothe on different trees. He tried to pick one and fell down and hurt himself badly. It was a really thumb thumb moment who will going to come and rescue him. What will going to happen next.

Another ability shown in the drama when Ah rung got hit or a cut or a bleeding on any part of the body it will heal naturally as if nothing happened. When the people who killed Ah rung back then found her alive they again come to attack her luckily Eun oh saves her. But she lost her breathing so Eun oh give her CPRS lips to lips kiss.

The story getting mre and more interesting after many episodes as well as were frightened the drama was scary. So we decided to have a nap but couldn't help to single nap of being human. We were scared what if we sleep and the ghost and scary people will appear at house what we will going to do then. We don't have any Eun Oh oppa who will come and save us. Any ways we give a break to the drama did a prayer to calm down our senses when to sleep.

The next day after finishing other household work we were all set to watch the remaining episodes. The further episodes revealed the further suspense getting more interesting and tense as well. The relations between the characters were unfold. The expression the acting were awesome. The black magic and the spirit skills were looking like real. Eun oh was thinking he learned every thing from his master and received a wooden hairpin as a gift for his mother.

So he was trying hard to search where his mother was and why she left him alone. The other bunch of ghosts help Eun oh to find out the truth about the rumors of that house also Ah rung gradually remembering before she was killed. It was related to the house of a noble man Choi of Miryang. The ghost also found the powerful spirits and restrictions that they can't enter there due to black magic powers. They only had ordionary skills. So Eun oh tried to enter there ans was shocked to see his mother in that house. It was shocking for us also. We were also curious why his mother was there and what's the relation with Mr. choi why there is black magic and scary atmosphere with lost spirits in the jars.

We enjoyed and got scared at the same time it was very scary drama plot. At moments we feel like our heart beat and breathing has gone. But we watched it with the big heart. Most of the story was revealed the action was awesome, the fight was too cool. The writer, the director, the people making behind it and the cast team did their best to give this drama a real incident some where in the world.

It come to the ending Eun oh and Ah rang got to know what happened to their lives and why were they send to the world. Their task were accomplished and the couple lived a happy life in heaven. The king of hell and heaven were also happy every thing went as was written in human faith and human received what they desire.

It was very nice and scary watching Arang and the magistrate. We had a nice experience with the world of super natural elements and the inspiration of the writer Jung Yoon-Jung. The landscape, the characters, the magic and myth were all out of our imagination awesome awesome awesome. It was a fantasy magical drama with supernatural elements black magic vs spiritual powers a issue of life and after life gives us a lot of knowledge. Well it was our thinking what we felt about this drama we don't know what others think. We highly recommend you to watch this drama. You will be scared a bit but you won't regred watching it we gurantee you we watched it for four times and every time it gives the same feeling as if watching it for first time.
