Things were really unpredictable in Romantic doctor Teacher Kim as Seo Jung disappeared and no one has the clue. Dong Joo was still longing for her he didn't give up on the hard work he learned from Doctor Seo Jung and finally recognized as the skilled doctor at Geosan Hospital. But things weren't good at his side he was being kicked out as planned by the hospital Chief and was sent to Doldem Hospital down to the mountains.
This transfer was made with the promise that they will take him back after the things will quite down here. But this situation really give us goosebumps as the Chief has the personality not to act what he promised. Dong Joon become all tense and upset and don't want to work at Doldem Hospital he then decided to give up being a doctor rather then being sent to the ruler area.

A little argument happened between the two of them Teacher kim beautifully took over his transfer letter and the resignation one too and give a little scolding with the deal what if he will save the patient what will Dong Joo going to do in return for him. He played a blind game and the deal was ok.

Teacher Kim did the first aid by pressing the patient belly backward with applying steady pressure. This way the patient was able to spill up the food that was stuck inside his throat and was back to life. Infact Doctor Kim who was regular there had a habit to observe people what they do and how they eat that how he was able to find what happened to the customer as he was not eating the food properly chewing it.

The patient lived and Dong Joo was lost in the deal. Teacher Kim tool him to the Hotel kitchen as he wanted to take his hand in return. This scared Dong Joo and we got a feeling that teacher Kim might be a psychopath. Though he knew Dong Joo the Doctor from Geosang Hospital once he use to work at now we can't predict what was he up to. As he was there ready sharping the knife was enough to scare both Dong Joo and us.

Dong Joo finally made a run from there leaving his car and end up at Doldem Hospital. As he has no where else to go it was late at night and there wasn't any senior who welcome him as a new member there so he waited and become asleep.
He when opwn his eyes he was in a strange place an operation theater OMG what on earth is going with Dong Joo at first we though he might end up in the gang of human traficking. He then find out who the people behind it and it turned out be Doctor Kim & Assistant Manager.
It was a shocking moment when Assistant announce a successful surgery and Doctor Kim showed that he finally got his right hand. Dong Joo screamed in feared and fell down man he was dreaming it wasn't real his dream make us get chills.
