Its been since long we waited to watch Song Seung Heon new drama "Saimdang, The Herstory". But due to some reasons it delayed and now it will going to onair in Janurary 2017 with the new title "Saimdang, Light's Diary". The title doesn't matter as its Song Seung Heon the male lead who every time remind us of movies He was cool, Obsessed and Tv series like My Princess, Time Slip Dr. Jin.
The plot is surely interesting as its a fantasy Modern historcial some how a time travel drama like the mini serial Splash Splash Love, Time Slip Doctor Jin, Faith, Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Reyo.
Saimdang Light Dairy will be starting this 26 Janurary 2017 on SBS right after Lee Min Hoo "Legend of the blue Sea" end. Super excited to watch this serial as for now the teasers are out.
This drama comes from the same director who present Tamra, the Island, Bride Buddy & Bride of the century. Its a story about a art history lecturer (Lee Young-Ae) discovers the diary of historical figure Shin Saimdang.
The story is based on the life of Shin SaimDang a female artist and mother of the Korean Confucian scholar Yulgok in the 1500s. Lee Young Ae plays double role Shin Saimdang in ancient time and art History lecturer in modern time.
She becomes immersed in history when she sleeps, she gets the flashback sequence and slowly reveal the mystery behind the artifacts, secrets of Shin Saimdang's diary and a mysterious painting of a woman.

About the main female lead we didn't come to watch any of her drama neither movie. But this will be the first one we will going to watch. For Oh Yoon-Ah made us remember her from Biscuit Teacher and Star Candy, Athena Goddesses of war, 21st century family, Incarnation of money, You are all surrounded, Gentle man Dignity, Angry Mom and recently watching "Oh My Guem Bi".
