The critical phase in Romantic Teacher Doctor Kim happened when Chairman Shin finally under surgery. It was the live surgery the team from Geosang along with the experts and the reporters were there. During the surgery Doctor Seo Jung made a mistake but Doctor Kim covered it as he knew Seo Jung was a bit nervous for her first surgery.

Dong Joo and In Bum took another surgery in the meantime as there weren't many doctors at the ER. Finally Chairman Shin artificial heart surgery went well at Doldem Hospital. Every thing was fine but the jealous Director of Geosang couldn't stand this success and turned the situation into hovac by calling Chairman Shin's daughter.
Things become complicated at Doldem Hospital when Chairman Shin couldn't wake up after 12 hours. One of the reporter was after Doctor Kim and wanted him to speak up about the incident back then at Geosang Hospital. Doctor Kim refuse to talk about with the excuse what if he will open his mouth will the reporter had the courage to write the truth and tell every one.
