Cinderella Man an old drama we watched. It was a bit sad story starting the life of Oh Dae San and Lee Jun Hee. Twin brothers role played by Kwon Sung Woo. It was a typical story two brothers got seprated by the elder desire. The one went to the grandmother who was the richest in the twon and the other remain with the mother. There faith was destined to meet.

The elder brother become a successful business successecor but suffers from a serious heart disease. While the other who was heard working started earn his living via fashion designing. He went to shops captures the pictures of new arrival and remake a duplicate for those designs.

One day both while clubbing bumps into each other. Both were amazed at their striking resemblance not knowing their actual relation. Dae San was offered to play Joon Hee role while Joon Hee will leave the country for his heart surgery. It was a bit difficult for him to live a wealthy life but he need to pay off so he tried his best not to show any one some things off.

We wonder when will both come to knew about their relation. The story was a bit complicated why one brother the grandmother took and other left behind.

Both the brother fall for the sme girl Yoo Jin. She was the only child of Dae sans and was working as a fashion designer for Joon Hee's family. The turned out to be a love triangle.

It was an interesting plot of twin brother we have seen till now. Before this we have seen Cinderella's sister who was off quite interesting as of the unique story line. Although Joon Hee died in the end. We enjoy watching it though it was a bit of slow tempo and a good change in our daily routein.

It was an old drama of So Ji Sub from the year 2009 "Cain and Abel" a story of two doctors who were brothers. My sister first thought was it would be a love story but i didn't agree i thought it would be a story of brother medical skill some how i was to the point.

The story was about a love triangle and turned into action which led to revenge hatered and jealousy. The two brothers fought over a girl and the fame in medical field with their skills. The looks quite interesting a different plot with lot many aspects one can't loose its attention.

For us we were biting our nails when ever a twist occurs we can't even guess what will going to happen. The story starts from Dr Cho in (So Ji Sub) who has incredible medical skills and knowledge rather compare to his elder brother "Lee Seon Won". The whole family was in the same hospital.

So ji Sub on one of his visit to china met Oh Young ji who was a guide. This visit turned his life upside down and he stuck in the trap set by his own brother. Seriously i felt too bad for "Cho In" and become to hate Lee Seon Won.

The gangsters attack him in the dessert and dig his grave. But luckily he survived due to some fugitives came there. Unfortunately he lost his memory, he can't recognize who he was and what happened to him.

He only remember the medical skills. He treated lot many people not knowing who he real is. At times the people from that group become suspicious of him and beat him till he bleed to knew if he was the spy of the government. But nothing came out from poor and innocent Dr Cho.

The story make us feel too grief. On the other hand no body was trying to look for him except his girlfriend who afterward betrayed him. Cain and Abel was the story which showed us the reality when people got abdonned and betrayed by their family members.

Moreover the people the people whom you trust stab in you back. We couldn't find any weak line or loop hole in the story, every thing was really perfect seems look like close to the reality. Doctor Cho faces lot many hardships and didn't loose hope and started a new.

He become friends with the people who saved him and help him to survive. He started to smile and it was really sexy as if fireworks are around him. The writer did a great job we didn't loose our attention and curiosity anywhere, still the mystery too tough to find why this happen to Dr Cho.

As in the first episode we saw Dr Cho love his brother and family very much so there was a suspense why he had to suffer with betrayl. We wish everything could go back to normal and all what we have seen would be a dream. But it wasn't so.

My sister got too much scared when the scenes from china she said OMG these people, there expressions and actions are too scary. How would Dr cho manage to escape from the jail Oh God please help him so he could return back to the hospital.

I said its ok thats a part of the story but she insisted no this thing might happened somewhere in the world so the writer had put it in the story for our knowledge. In korea every one believe that he is dead. This rumor was spread by his own mother who order those gangsters to kill him.

It was seriously shocking. The father who was paralyzed and in Coma was waiting for Cho in to come and do his surgery.

Oh Young Ji brother died and ask Dr Cho to take care of her sister who is in China. So both met again when chinese caught them as fugitives. That part was also too hard to explain how they survived and manage to cross the border.

Oh Young Ji help Dr Cho and hide his identity from chinese people who in order under Dr cho girlfriend trying to find him. Dr Cho elder brother also came to verify when he heared he is alive in China but when meet him he brutely refuse to recognize his own younger brother.

Dr cho started to live with Young Ji in korea and make a living by doing deliveries. He started to remember who he was through the dreams and become scared what is happening to him. He took medical consultations and with young Ji's help he was able to recover back his memory.

He step in the hospital in the hospital every one was shocked to see him alive. The brother was like as was nothing happen he didn't betray and hug him. He caught is girlfriend two timing and come to knew that his mother, brother and girlfriend were behind all this.

His Friend and fellow Dr Kwon Hae helped him to reveal the truth behind his kidnap and fake death and also people who did this to him.

The brother and mother apologized to him that they become too greedy of the fame Dr Cho has and also they don't want to loose the hospital. Man what was that, so it comes out that Dr cho was the real owner of the hospital and he was adopted by his father friend after their death.

He did his father surgery. His mother left the job and elder brother become paralyzed. Dr cho was too soft hearted he didn't take revenge on him but did his surgery too keep him alive.

It was the happy ending with Oh Young Ji finally they hugged and kiss. It was nice watching a great drama we must say we earn our 2 and a half days watching it. We recommend you to watch it though its a bit old but the story line and the characters were too strong. Even if we have to watch it twice or thrice we will surely go with it.

Korean dramas has always something new and unique. So for a change my sister naureen choose A Man's story to watch out this weekend. Its also known as The Slingshot, Story of a Man and Guys Talk. As the title were attractive plus it has the theme of dumplings.
The story revolves around a dumpling factory and his brother and it was very unique for us first time we saw how dumplings are made in a factory and what problems and issue people has to face to manage their work. The story took a turn when Kim Shin's brother committed suicide after his dumpling factory was ruined by false accusation.

It was very sad scene the hero trying to say the truth but no body believes and listens to him and he end up to prison on charges of attempt murder. In jail there was shocking situation we can't imagine. He was beaten badly like a dog in the cell of no reason. Next day he was again beaten badly.

Then he was shifted to another cell. We wonder there are also gangs in prison and they have powers and connection outside the prison.

Kim Shin wanted a revenge from those people who ruined their business and family so he joined hands with Beom-Hwan the gang head who also had some grudge against Chae Do-Woo, he was the owner of TS Group who involved in the conspiracy.

Kim Shin helped Kyeong-Tae in the prison and become friends. He made a wooden headphone as a gift for Kyeong-Tae which was also very unique for us. Though you are not talking or listening music but you use to wear headphone.

Kyeong-Tae was a broker at stock market an expert. They made a plan together with Beom-Hwan to take revenge by ruining TS Group stocks.

Do-Woo threaten Kim Shin and persude him he can't do any thing, he don't have money and power plus the evil Do-Woo got engaged with Kim Shin beloved Kyung-Ah. This turn made us bite our nails what will happened next what about Kyung Ah will she come back to kim Shin or not?

So the story took a new turn Kyung Ah preparing for new life and Kim Shin preparing to ruin TS Group stocks.

Do Jae-Myeong also join hands with Kim Shin and the story was becoming more complicated. Kim Shin ex GF was attached to Do-Woo and Do-Woo younger sister falls for Kim Shin and tried her best to help him where needed. This was the main twist of the story.

So Kim Shin and the people were successful in the end. They got back their factory. Do-Woo was handed to the prosecutors. He was too sharp he make himself a psycho patient and get less sentence punishment and shifted to a psycho/mental ward. His acting was terrific at first we thought it was real but it was all fake.

We recommend you to watch this drama. We watched it for two times and learn a lot about how relations and friendship value to the people around us. This is all for now lets meet in anothe k drama review.

After finish watching the phantom thief Iljimae we were curious about the return of iljimae and thought it would be the second part of Iljimae but all in vain. It comes out to be another seperate plot drama. We like challenges and action so we watch this drama. It was a bit difficult to understand many complicated scenes make us bore.

At the same time it was realistic and heart warming. The relationship between Iljimae and Wol Hee imediately develop after Dalyi's death. It was like a love triangle the center of the plot was two girls and a boy.

When we finish watching half of the episodes Ambreen got bore and ask to drop the drama but Me (Naureen) insisted watching it. Our confusion was who does Iljimae like the more Wol Hee or Dalyi? But it comes out Iljimae only had a short affiliation and interaction with Wol Hee before he disappear.

After few years when he return with a heavy heart he fight for the injustice and tyranny for the sake of his class people and other commoners. When ever he appear to stop bad guys or corrupt people and uphold justice he leaves behind a single branch of an apricot tree which is also said "golden plum bossom branches".

The story further contines people were curious who is the man behind the mask. He continue to rob the rich and help the poor.

There were also sweet moments of love when he falls for Wol Hee.

This plot wasn't much interesting like Iljimae and Hong Gil Dong but being ancient drama based on the theme of theif we watched it. The tempo was slow like a turtle.

It leads the happy ending. We won't recommend it to you but if you want to watch it, it will be at your sole risk.

Finally we finished watching IRIS with a big break. It was a nice experience watching for the first time a drama about National Security System (NSS). The drama was full of action thriller, crime, gang ill legal act and spy. Every thing was shown in detail its the specialty of director and producer who tried their best to give life to the characters. We think it was the most expensive drama proves to be the best action thriller suspense.

Kim Tae-Hee we watched her in My Princess and she was the cutest. The story revolves around two friends how they received their training and entered in NSS as under cover spy. Both fall for the same Seung-Hee their colleague. The training they receive at NSS made us grind our teeths. Some time the situation become so tense we can't predict what will going to happen in the next scene. For the very first 5 episode the story was confusing but gradually we understand there is a hidden Big B who controls every order at NSS.

Other than their training at NSS, the task, there was romance also which turned out to be a love triangle between three of them. The story take a turn when the couple on the vacation received a command to under take a secret mission in Budapest, Hungary. It was about to kidnap the North Korean nuclear scientist Seung-ryong Hong visiting that city and bring him back to South Korea.

The other friend in jealousy plus receiving the order from higher authorities betrayed the couple. After this the story of patriotic heroes turned out to be a revenge. So it become more interesting a story full of turn and twist. The first was friendship, NSS training, romance, love triangle, jealousy, betrayal, target, revenge. So all this elements make IRIS the block buster drama of the year. The entire story was realistic and thrilling we were holding our breaths out what will going to happen next. The acting specially the expression of the cast were outstanding. Some time we feel as if we are the part of NSS under cover mission to watch the drama IRIS.

The ending wasn't expected as shown. The hidden Big B wasn't revealed till the end. Every one turns out to be innocent receiving orders. The mystery still remains the same who was the one giving orders through out the drama. This reminds us Vampire prosecutor series. Both the series didn't reveal who the real culprit and vampire was. So if you are action thriller lover we recommend you to watch IRIS because we already watched it 2 times Tee Hee. This is for now from A New Kind of Hobby. Lets meet in the next K drama review. Boys before flower the third korean drama we choose to watch. Before we watched K Drama My name is kim sam soona and My love Patzzi. It was the time of 2010 the days were too boring due to winter vacations. The drama was recommended by one of our friend. So we download it to watch but unfortunately after watching 3 episodes due to Thorjon Virus attack in the computer we lost our precious Korean data. So we didn't loose hope after kicking out the thorjon virus we decided to watch it online but when ever we browse to watch the episode online we just got dumped by the electricity and when nothing happens to electricity the internet connection broke down. We continued fighting with all the hurdles just to watch Boys Before Flower.

After every two months we are still watching Boys over flower and not getting enough of every episode. Even though its been four years the mystery still remains why we watch it again and again. The more we were watch the episodes we were more in to the theme how a one commoner girl Jan Di slowly coming over on F4 and totally make their life upside down.

It was the story of Shinwah High School's F4 and the daughter of a dry cleaner Jan di. She become a very well known personality after she save Shinwah High school student life. She was on the cover of news paper and Homepage of Shinwah High school. As a reward she become a transfer student in shinwah high school which makes her life totally changed.

On her first day at Shinwah she bumped into F4 group and got shocked by their act. The F4 were popular in their rich school because of their status, money and handsome appearances, despite the fact that they treat other student like dirt. No one had the guts to stand against them, Jan di was able to stand up to the scariest kid in school.

She made a friend who was much like her. During the break time it was the first meeting directly with F4 when Jan di friend accidently drop the icecream on Gu Jun Piyo's shoes. Jun Piyo showed his anger and Jan Di showed him hanger ehehehehe. We mean she showed him the mirror what actually Jun Piyo is. Jun Piyo was shocked Jan Di rocked. He wasn't expecting this reaction from a commoner transfer student. More over Jun Piyo's friends also make fun of him after wards.

Then Jun Piyo thought of taking revenge from Jan Di and tried all his best to irritate her but she was of her name she replied one with ten. Many times Ji Ho helped Jan Di and Jun Piyo become annoyed on this.

Lee Jeong and Woo Bin shared their views that Jun Piyo was getting mentally sick while Jun Piyo talking to himself at every planning to tricks Jan Di, thinks that this time she will going to come and say "she is sorry". But Jan Di ignored all dirty tricks of Jun Piyo. Her bold nature makes her stand out in the crowd. She wasn't scared of the student who make fun of her.

She can't bear the dirty rumor about being pregnent on one night stand. Then she showed her big gutts and treat Jun Piyo by throwing a high kick on his face. Including Jun Piyo his friends and we become shocked with our mouth wide open. We also wasn't expecting this reaction from Jan Di suddenly me sister said "O tery ki".

After that the female girls started to hate Jan Di and making her school life more tuff, because Jun Piyo and Ji Hoo started showing intrest in Jan Di. She ignored every one and every thing trying to focus on studies and swiming Championship. The more she avoid the more problem come in her way.

Shinwah School vication F4 threw a party and invited every body. The jealous female group mislead Jan Di and made fun of her in front of every one. Ji Hoo and his girlfriend helped Jan Di to over come the embarassing situation. Jun Piyo got jealous and become annoyed when he saw Jan Di dancing with Ji Hoo.

He walked out of the party and fell in the pool. He don't know how to swim and shout for help. Jan Di saved Jun Piyo from being drowned and give CPR. Jun Piyo took advantage and took the first french kiss. He was smiling suspiciously but suddenly received a punch in return.

The story till now was wonder full and hope it continued further but the things happen we didn't imagine. Jun piyo fell for Jan di. As a thanks giving he tried all the dirty tricks again to torture Jan Di and become deeply happy laughing sitting in front of the Tv screen watching how Jan Di react on his pranks.

Ji Hoo invites every on the birtday party. Jan di saw Ji Hoo kissing Seo Hyeon she got shocked and become upset. Jun Piyo saves Jan Di and took her from the party. We thought of it was the beginning of another kiss but it end up Jan di vomits on Jun Piyo.

When she woke up she found herself in Jun Piyo's bedroom. More over the witchy mother was coming with in no time. This news made Jun Piyo lost his senses. He called other F4 for help to clear Jan Di's position in her house.

Here is the first snowy night Jun Piyo and Jan Di shared together stuck in to chair lift cabin. Jun Piyo was happy after spending a night together with her and he wrote "Our first night together".

Jan Di's best friend trap Jan Di in the evil plan she set to make her position awkward infront of Jun Piyo and F4 by creating one night scandal at the bar hotel room. F4 reveals the truth and Jun Piyo saves Jan Di from Shinwah students revenge. Take her home and look after her and can't control his feelings every time he touch Jan Di's face or hands.

The first vocation of Jan Di with Jun Piyo and F4. The great time they spend in the Island. Jun Piyo showed Jan Di his heart land saying i promised myself to whom i love the most i will show her my heart. Every thing was going fine. Suddenly some thing big happen in Ji Hoo's life, he was lonely Ji Hoo kissed Jan Di to over come his loneliness. Jun Piyo saw and the misunderstanding occured, though Jun Piyo didn't confess his love to Jan Di neither Ji Hoo the jealousy started. The friendship and trust vanished away.

Jan Di tried all her best to clear the misunderstanding but of no use. Then the twist  Noona said expeing Jan Di and Ji Hoo on personal issues from the school is unfair. It should be on equal basis through a valid reason or through a competition. She set three competitions on the basis of sports. Making two teams Jan Di, Ji Hoo and Jun Piyo, Wo Bin, Sung Jun.

During the competition we come to knew F4 also had weaknesses and many thing they also fear of. But the life they are leading isn't the one in reality. Ji Hoo was afraid of car driving while Jun Piyo can't swim. When Ji Hoo & Jan Di were together in the competition Jun Piyo become more jealous and lost the competition thinking i can't have this girl.

Here we laughed out of our lungs when F4 threw a big prank on Jan Di at a snowy night saying Jun Piyo is in critical condition and he has no time left. Jan Di after hearing this ran in hurry wearing a softy and a joger ehehehehe. She even didn't care how chilled the weather was. It was the starting of Jun Piyo's and Jan Di's love relations.

Jun Piyo want to spend a night at Jan Di's house and enjoyed a common life living in their house for two days. He slept there played with them, made kimchi, eat breakfast, went to suana, eat the hot fish cake. After returning he was so happy he jealoused his friends by saying did you ever go to suana. Have to ever eaten hot fish cake at the stall, you don't know what real life is!

The happy moment started Jan Di make chocolates for valentine day. Jun piyo gave her the star moon necklace as the symbol of love and also Jan Di make lunch box for Jun Piyo. Every thing was going fine suddenly Jun Piyo left without saying anything.

Jan Di with the help of F4 looked for Jun Piyo and went after him but of no use Jun Piyo didn't recognize her. She felt agony. At the moment Ji Hoo helps and care for Jan Di. There she met a korean girl who helped her and both become friends. Who knew that this new friend Jae Kyeong will appear as Jun Piyo's fiance in future.

Jae Kyeong was a lonely but a lively girl who make friends quickly. Jun Piyo's call Jae Kyeong monkey but she never mind. She enjoy challenges and task. She won the ramen eating competition and give the reward coupon to Jan Di and Ji Hoo. Also she helped Jun Piyo and Jan Di become together by breaking off the marriage call. She even didn't fear of Jun Piyo's witchy mother.

Due to financial circumstances Jan Di and her younger brother had to leave the house and started living on the rooftop. There parent left for the village. Also Jun Piyo appeared to live as the neighbour on the rooftop. 

Every time he visit and ate all their ramen deliciously by putting it on the lid of the pot. He even can't knew how to lite the stove and make ramen. So he started eating raw ramen OMG unbeliveable. How one can eat uncooked ramen with dry spice. But Jun Piyo did he showed his skills being the F4 leader.

One day Jan Di fainted and Jun Piyo's noona take her home. She refuse to stay there saying she can't stay like this she will going to do house hold work. So the Noona agreed and stiched a beautiful maid dress for Jan Di. It was unexpected for Jun Piyo that Jan Di will be staying at his house. He was too cruel and evil he tease Jan Di the more chance he get. If he didn't get a chance he make a chance to irritate her, make her do the same things repeatedly. 

We really enjoyed the time Jan Di spend at Jun Piyo's house. Beside this Jan Di tried very hard to earn money to support her family. The witchy mother when heared Jan Di's living in her house she threw her out and Ji Hoo's grandfather took her in to his house. Ji Hoo's grandfather deeply wish Jan Di to be his grand daughter in law but it wasn't written in Jan Di's faith she was deeply in love with Jun Piyo.

She had happy moments at Ji Hoo's house they also won a beautiful bride groom couple competition. After that Ji Hoo also fell in love with Jan Di. Who ever tried to help her Jun Piyo's witchy mother take revenge not caring the life, stautus, relations or money.

The witchy mother makes the life so tuff for Jan Di and for the one who cared for her. Then Jan Di visited the witchy mother and request her she will going to leave Jun Piyo side for this do not trouble any one else. For the last she asked permission for one day with Jun piyo. She did every thing for Jun piyo as the couple in korean dramas do. She made lunch, long drive, did cycling, holding hands and moreover she kissed Jun Piyo herself. On the way back home Jun Piyo was very happy but she left him saying lets breakup. 

This make Jun Piyo totally mad he become cruel to himself. Ji Hoo told Jun Piyo that he found Jan Di lets go together and bring her back. Jun Piyo refused but he follow Ji Hoo. He saw Ji Hoo together with Jan Di. He jump in front of the car to save Ji Hoo and lost conciousness. When he recovered he didn't remember any thing about how he fell in love with Jan Di and what promises he made with her. Jan di got dumped and other F4 friends tried their hard to restore Jun piyo's memory but of no use.

Finally Jun Piyo recovered and though some one else of his beloved. He threw a party and announce to leave for abroad for further studies. It was heart breaking for Jan di and other friends. She lost his love and didn't want to live thinking the life ends now and fell in the pool. At no moment Jun Piyo jumped in to the water calling Jan Di Jan Di. Yaay his lost memory recovered and finally he recognize who Jan Di is, and what Jan Di's life means to him. 

We were so happy every time we watch this drama it appears we are watching it for the first time even now when we are writting the review we are as much excited as we are watching it again. These guys are so lucky to be called as F4 and a part of Boys before flower.

Finally the high schools ends the day of farewel party arrives Jan Di dance with F4 and meet Jun Piyo after the party. Every one set of to their destinations. Jan Di and Ji Hoo become doctor. Jun Piyo and Woo Bin take over their family business. Lee jeong met his love and continue the pottery.

In the end Jun Piyo arrived in a helicopter and proposed Jan Di to be his wife. The other F4 opposed it saying with out our approval its nothing. It was a happy ending. 

We enjoyed every character every time we watched it seems like the drama was written only for them. The character was so in to the story as if we are not watching the drama but F4 and Jan Di's real life story. Every minute we enjoy, we laugh together, we cry together and many moment made us scream saying its not this it should be like this but it was our feeling. Over all every thing was amazing we want to write more but we skipped many things. It would be better if you watch this drama with english sub. Do watch and don't miss to read our other K drama reviews.
