Though this drama didn't appeal us much having a romantic genre, yet still we watched it till the end. All we wanted to knew the reason behind Hwang Gi's shy personality and how will Ra Won bring him back to a normal human being. Her weird act towards Hwang Gi make him feel comfortable.  

She was the one who brings smile on his face while having an office get together. The two got drunk and Hwang Gi's other side as a normal human being who laugh  and reacts was revealed. he was the person who always hide himself under the hoodie and can't let anyone see his emotions and reaction.

Though Ra Won make him speak freely and comfortably at time. But at times he can't able to communicate with her and make his own conclusion. He prefer to speak with himself rather explain things to others in order to avoid being someone hurt from his actions.

When ra Won decided to resign we never expect the romantic scene between Hwang gi and her. It happened when ra Won feel sorry and wanted to comfort hwang Gi so he couldn't loose his confidence for the presentation. The two stucked in the bathroom and had a wet kiss in bath tube.

Later hwang Gi become addicted to Ra Won and started to see her as a women who always make him smile and feel comfortable when ever he got a chance he kissed her and show his love. There were many sweet and bitter moments in their relationship.

Hwang Gi started to show signs of anger, fun and excitement specially his reaction on weird pictures of Ra Won make him laugh out louder. It was the only tactic Ra Won has to break the shy shield he built around his personality.

They had their first date at the valentine, it was romantic but rather funny date the two couldn't understand and made funny memories. Later Hwang Gi give Ra Won the piggy back ride back to home. The time they spend together filled their heart with happiness.

Even after Hwang Gi left the company due to take some time out from his work he prefer to spend time alone. But Ra Won didn't let him be and cling on to him.

The more Ra Won try to drag Hwang Gi into the mess he runs away as he was obsessed with cleanliness. At  the hotel when they were on vacations Ra Won did all things to annoy him, even then Hwang Gi couldn't gather the courage to ask her directly to be clean and wash up before sleep. He tried his own indirect way to make her play the game and the looser will grant the wish. But he end up in his own trap and become the clown like Ra Won.

At the office the silent Monster team got to witness them as the real couple and was surprised, they saw another side of their boss who was head over heels on little Ra Won. Later the office held a sport event and an outing together. It was to boost the hard work of the employees and give them courage for the future. Hwang Gi express his love for ra Won infront of everyone.

My Shy Boss finally comes to its destiny, Eun hwang Gi and ra Won developed a love relationship. It was for sure the two fall in love. Hwang Gi took vacations and left without telling anyone. Ra Won followed and find him as she wanted him to be back soon at Silent Monster.

But Hwang Gi wanted to spend time with Ra Won who got bored. the end up fighting with each other, it was due to their different personalities. We really enjoyed how Ra Won Recklessly acted over little things and hwang Gi acted all frustrated. Another Office Romance comes with a happy ending. Hwang Gi proposed Ra Won infront of every one.

Ra Won and Hwang Gi finally become closer in other words started to have feelings but neither of them aware of it. It was their first valentine day both were too shy to held hands. Ra Won took Hwang Gi to a place where special event held for valentine couples we think its the funniest valentine ever.

The atmosphere at Silent Monster become more friendly the employee started to get along with theior shy boss hwang Gi and we got to see the other side full of fun. Hope other then the office things should go well between Hwang Gi and Ra Won after every one witness the two of them kiss.

After Ra Won became a part of Hwang Gi's life the story of My shy Boss become rather simple look like the plot was being too dragged to make them come closer. As ra Won's personality she was innocent yet straightforward, fun and bright with these qualities she makes her own place but got confused between Woo ll and Hwang Gi.

Its for sure Hwang Gi was the first one who fell for her back then when he went to see her performance and sent her flowers by becoming daddy long leg Mr Smith.

Ra Won was too pure she can't play tricks she then realize it was her sister fate and the necklace her sister left for her she wore it as the keep sake and last gift. Hwang Gi's sister was a bit crazy she overcome her social phobia instead ruined Ra Won sister life by making her feel guilty by slitting her wrist.
Now we wonder what will be her reaction when the reality reveals Ra Won is the little sister of the girl whom she let to suicide, things will sure be a mess for every one specially Ra Won, Woo ll & Hwang Gi. Stay tuned to find out more about My Shy Boss next station.

From the start this drama seems to be too boring and confusing yet for the unique story plot we continued watching it and now we are glad to see thing coming on their on specially the BOSS Hwang Gi was overcoming his social phobia.

His transformation was too cute to be turning normal and interacting with the employees. Look like Ra Won did a brilliant job with her annoying nature and nosy personality.

We thought while doing the zombie make up Ra Won and Hwan Gi would have a kiss but it didn't happen probably. There might be another scene to start their real chemistry can't wait to see how Ra Won and Hwang Gi end up for their first kiss.
As things started getting better Hwang Gi Team was responding towards his signals and started to understand him. We never thought Ji Hye the female lead will going to reappear. She will surely ruine Hwan Gi's smile being clingy and getting on his nerves by her insisting behavior. Comparing her to Ra Won she was too glamorous to fit with Hwang Gi's nature.

Ra Won without any clear reason leave the job this effect Hwang Gi the more. Every where he feel her presence and couldn't make his mind at peace after she was gone. Looking forward for the next episode. Hope every thing go well with Hwang Gi and Ra Won.

The story for My Shy Boss become in main stream as In hwang Gi started to show symptoms of normal human as he was adjusting with his employees. Kang ll Woo makes us hate him the reason he was the one who cause Ra Woon sister suicide and now playing with Ra Won by sending mixed signals.

He was already engaged before Ra Won sister death and now too what reason he has to act like this we couldn't understand. Leaving his own team he become nosy for what silent Monster team doing for their project.

When ever Kang ll Woo meets Ra Won she only talks about the boss looks she unintentionally started to take interest in him. Also every time Kang ll Woo ignore his fiance but rush towards Ra Woon.

Finally Eun Hwang Gi made his comeback as a cool man ad showed the bromance chemistry with Kang ll Woo we needed. We were impressed the was he said "I am a sniper, yes i am the terrorist sniper".
The story now looks working way better to lead Eun hwang Gi's main character, may be previously it was the personality introduction which took a lot of time.  The female lead is too confused she want to talk about Boss and also want Kang ll Woo. She way being too greedy when the three of them were drinking together.

 Also we love the confidence of the two male lead who ran in the forest for Ra Won but end up arguing each other. Let's just wait and see how Ra Woon will going to change Eun Hwang Gi's social phobia and make Kang ll Woo spill out the beans why her sister suicide. 

My Shy Boss first episode start with the scene a female employee suicide and things become complicated for the CEO of Brain Eun Hwang Gi. As he suffers from social phobia life was tough on him and his expression on the employees was like a monster.

On the other hand the co CEO Kang ll Woo the center of every one's attention. The female lead Chae Ra Woon work as an Opera actress, she was the little sister of the female employee who attempted suicide. After this incident Eun Hwan Gi becomes daddy long leg and cares for Ra Won by sending her the flower basket after her every performance. Ra Won named him as Mr. Smith. 

One day Hwang Gi gather the courage to tell Ra Won he is Mr. Smith but Ra Won already left the work. On his way back while he was thinking about her, he didn't notice about the traffic signal and accidentally bumped into another another car.

It turned out to be Chae Ra Woon who was now demanding him to apologize. Eun Hwang Gi couldn't gather the confidence to show himself out of the car and apologize instead he gave her money and drove the car in hurry. This makes Ra Won angry she chased him and end up outside the Brain office. There she found out the person who hit her car was the CEO of Brain, the office where she was going to start work as an employee. 

The coincidence bought the two of them near by. Ra Won was too angry she directly barged in the pent house not knowing the company rules. Neither she reported the office of her first day of joining. She walked in and roam freely checking things as it was her own house or she was been invited as a guest.
There wasn't anyone, neither the sectary was there to stop her for doing so. Her act look awkward . She explore the room and finally while leaving bumped into the CEO Eun Hwang Gi. It was the funny and embarrassing moment since the CEO came out of the bathroom in towels.

It surprised her and she couldn't stay quite asking why he didn't wear clothes in the office. It become more of funny when she try to look at her face but the shy Hwang Gi try to kept it hidden standing in a weird gesture.

Until he wore his pull over with a hoody Chae Ra Won didn't miss a chance and threw an angry fit saying how can a rich threw money like this on the street. It wasn't just this she try to pull of the hoodie to see his face.

Luckily the sectary heard the noise walked in and dragged Chae ra Won out of the room. The CEO took a deep breath as his identity didn't reveal to that cheesy girl.

Regarding the plain and emotionless story me and my sister decided to drop watching my Shy Boss. Yet we were curious about Silent Monster Project and its trip so we decided to watch an knew if the story line become strong.

Hwang Gi no doubt was cute and handsome yet suffering from social phobia. His acting was quite enjoyable at the trip. The more he try to act normal the more things become bland.

The second lead Kang Woo ll made us hate him as he every time took the credit of Hwang Gi and become prominent. Being the second lead look like he is the main character leaving no ground and nailing all the parts of the hero and the second lead every where the chance he gets.

We couldn't understand teh reason why Kang Woo ll butting  in the project of Silent Monster. though it was solely hwang Gi's project. It really annoyed us and made us think that Kang Woo has some kind of grudge and was taking out on his friend and getting positive advantages by doing this.

The whole story revealed in a short while about Hwang Gi's childhood, his social phobia and what happened with Ra Woon's sister. Well this revelation didn't create any problem in the story too earlier yet make us curious if this the main plot what's the end. Will Ra Woon going to be the one to reveal the true reason behind her sister's suicide.
Although she started having a one sided crush on Kang Woo ll. It's a bit annoying why Ra Woon having feeling for the jerk we don't want any kind of relation neither romance between the two. It will be really heart breaking for Ra Woon if she knew that he already is in a relationship with the Boss sister and the one who made her sister commit suicide.

Will her crush side the psychopath Boss or will it going to help the Boss to gain the courage and reveal things himself. Stay tuned to find out more about how Hwang Gi over come his social phobia. Will ra Won going to help him or will the two end up in any chemistry.

The story of my Shy Boss till now didn't appeal us and a bit confusing about revenge, romance and comedy. Though all these stuff are good for a better plot yet here something missing. The little Cha Ro Woon appears a bit confuse on one hand she wanted to take revenge on her sister and stabbing back the Boss Hwan Gi and on the other hand she feels sorry for him.

Not only this she realize she did something wrong somewhere. The truth will eventually come out in the further episodes but Ra Woon is now difficult to understand. for the Boss we already knew he suffers from social phobia, he tried hard to overcome but things become a little worse.

Hwan Gi wears the teddy bear costume and console Ra Woon when she cries for her sister. It was the first time he sympathize with her. Not only this he performs for the children and become really happy. This shows a sign there is a possibility he can also change and live as a normal human being.
Woo ll set an office trip with the employees. At first Hwang Gi refuse to join but when knew Woo ll also coming he joined them. It was he wanted to protect his employees and do not trust Woo ll. Because of him he was already in a bad position and suffering a mental stress which can not to be share to others. We really feel sorry for hwang Gi the more he try to make things normal and perfect things become messed up.

Only it was Ra Woon who give him courage that he can do a  better job. There is lot more to knew about how Hwang Gi's and Ra Woon's chemistry will have a start and how the misunderstanding will be cleared. Stay tuned to find out more about My Shy Boss.

The standard and the expectation for the shy boss weren't getting along as we thought yet we were watching it out of curiosity to knew who actually is the patient and the criminal.

We wonder about Ro Woon how she acted and also no one told her about the mental illness of the Boss. Someone might should explain things to her so she might not create trouble for the innocent Boss.

Also we couldn't understand as being the friend Kang Woo ll the other CEO why didn't he help him getting better at his poor situation. Things surely are weird and needs a good explanation. May be every one including the Boss has a weird personality.
Other then these the Boss consult the psycitrest for the session nothing good happen yet troubles occur after Chae Ro Woon appears. Ye in the next episode there is a chance she will help the Boss overcome his mysterious situation. She cling on him like a bug every where he goes. So stay tuned to find out what more trouble things will happen to our innocent shy boss in the next episode.

So far the story and the female character didn't appeal us. May be because we saw her in the serious role. May be the reason she did all the weird all the weird things so far like brag in the office, went through all of his stuff without any hesitation, also drank water without permission, then try to physically assault him. This wasn't all she spread false rumors on internet and then made him a Courier.

All this looks really odd. She was just after to take revenge of her elder sister suicide. We couldn't understand the main motive of the story. The Boss started to feel concern for her and she was giving him the hard time. 

The preview give us the hints its not the Boss who killed her sister so far may be its her sister's own fault and the innocent Boss is now paying the price by protecting his employees. Look like her sister was interested in Boss Friend who was the other CEO what ever that story was in the past will surely reveal in further episode. We think she might going to regret it later. Its solely our views may be other love to watch the Shy Boss this pattern.

But that little employee shouldn't act terrible as now she was being treated so kindly. Now she again misjudge the Boss and suspicious of his personal activities, why he always wear black, what he do when the staff leaves. She secretly stayed back at the office to find out. She peek a chance and saw the Boss was dancing alone like a cockroach lolx. 

The nosy employee Chae Ro Woon with her irritating act create problems for Eun Hwan Ki the Boss who was already suffering from Social phobia. Look like the Teaser for episode 3 wasn't good enough for Eun hwan Ki as both his father and employee were making him like a Ping Pong ball.

Due to things happened he was removed from the CEO post. His Pent House was labeled as "Silent Monster" too creepy for a social phobia patient. Chae Ro Woon would be happy inside that the revenge she started was successfully showing its result.

We really feel sorry for the Shy Boss Eun Hwan Ki who know seems to concerned with Chae Ro Woon. In the past after the sectary suicide rumor he acted as the daddy long leg for her by sending her flower bouquet on her every performance.
here we are also suspicious for Kang Woo ll who was also the CEO and partner for Brain, we couldn't guess but something look really fishy for his faithful actions. He always stand a head Eun Hwan Ki not to be exposed infront of others. May be its not what we are thinking yet its the kdrama world anything, any time can happen. Stay tuned to find more interest for the Shy boss life in the further episode. Have a happy kdrama watching.

Last night we come to watch the first episode of My Shy Boss a rom com which made us a little disappointed regarding the female lead. Its not like we didn't admire her as she caught our attention from "Age of Youth". But after watching the first episode look like her character was extra ordionary clingy for the role.

She appears to be nosy, annoying and aggressive which doesn't suit her facial expressions. The drama was full of suspense a life story of a Shy Boss and unbelievable rumors. We wonder where she got the confidence to brag in the CEO room on the first day of her appointment. Its really hard to believe and a bit disappointing.

Look like she approach to join "Brain" to take revenge for her sister suicide. But for revenge her face looks too innocent. She collect the information about the mysterious Boss from the first day avoiding to perform her job duties. Even though she didn't have any proof yet doing all childish things to reveal the Boss infront of every one for this she release an article on internet without any proof.

The first episode didn't made us excited for the story as we are currently watching many strong story dramas. Even though this drama from the same writer and director who presents a powerful plot "Marriage not Dating", "Another Oh hae Young" and "Hauendae Lovers".

These are our own opinion without any hatered may be this drama become more better in the further episode.  

Yeon Woo Jin as Shy Boss appearing in TvN's new drama "Introverted Boss" a rom com. The theme will be office comedy the interaction between a very Shy Boss and his employees. The boss was famous for his mysterious personality and suffers from social phobia. These elements make him appears to be cold and arrogant.
